Villa Aria is located in Jakišnica in the north of Pag Island, just 100 meters from the beach. The center of Novalja is about 14 kilometers away, and Zrce Beach is a 15-minute drive. If you are looking for peace, sea, and a house with hotel-level amenities, you will find both here.
With 339 square meters, there are four bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, plus a large living room with a sofa bed for two, accommodating up to ten guests. The villa includes a kitchen, air conditioning, heating, dishwasher, washing machine, safe, smart TV, and free Wi-Fi.
Outside, there is a private saltwater pool, and a hot tub awaits on the rooftop terrace. A sauna, gym, and grilling facilities are also part of the house, with parking available directly at the villa.
