The Villa New York is one of four new villas named after cities in Škuncini stani near Novalja, completed in 2025. The center is about four kilometers away, and you can reach Zrce Beach and the town in just a few minutes by car or shuttle bus.
Ten guests can stay in four bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed for two in the living room. The kitchen, shower bathrooms, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi are all brand new. The terrace with the private pool connects directly to the living area.
Parking is available right at the house. With the villas London, Tokyo, and Dubai next door, up to 40 people can stay in four separate houses, each with its own pool. The minimum stay is three nights.

The villa sleeps up to 10 people. The minimum stay is 3 nights. For larger groups we combine several units or another house, just ask us.
How does booking work?
Choose your dates, see the total price straight away and book online. 30 % is due at booking, the balance seven weeks before arrival. Your confirmation comes by email from ZRCE.de, a German tour operator with a team on site in Novalja.
