The DJ Mag Top 100 Clubs is the most prestigious ranking in the club world. Every year, hundreds of thousands of fans worldwide vote for which clubs are the best in the world. And right in the middle: several clubs from Zrce Festival Beach on the Croatian island of Pag.

The Zrce Clubs and Their Rankings
Over the years, four clubs from Zrce Beach have firmly established themselves in the DJ Mag rankings:
- Papaya Club — The flagship. Papaya has repeatedly achieved placements in the Top 20, making it the highest-rated club in Croatia of all time. The open structure right on the beach, the elaborate light and sound system, and the capacity of over 4,000 guests make it one of the most impressive open-air clubs in the world.
- NOA Beach Club — The rising star. NOA sensationally reached 10th place in the world in 2025. Its unique design — platforms that literally stand in the sea — made it an Instagram favorite and a DJ favorite alike.
- Kalypso — The veteran. As the oldest club at Zrce Festival Beach, Kalypso holds a special position. In 2018, it reached 33rd place — an impressive result for a club that has been in operation since 1987.
- Aquarius — The all-rounder. With 48th place in 2024, Aquarius proved that a broadly positioned club can also succeed in the world ranking. Aquarius is known for its diverse music programming from techno to EDM.
2020: The Historic Record
A special year was 2020: Four clubs from Zrce Beach were simultaneously represented in the Top 60 of the world. A record that only Ibiza and perhaps Las Vegas can achieve. Considering that Novalja is a town with barely 4,000 inhabitants, the scale of this achievement becomes truly apparent.
The reasons for this success are manifold: the unique beach location, international festival collaborations, top-notch sound systems, and not least the passionate fan community that votes year after year.
