Arrival Zrce
Helpful background, tips and explanations in detail.
As you may have already noticed, you won't find package tours to Zrce Beach with the large tour operators. These are exclusively offered directly by Zrce.de – including accommodation in Novalja, transfer, and party program.
The island of Pag does not have its own airport. The nearest airport is Zadar. From there, the drive with our partner taxi company takes only about an hour to Novalja and Zrce Beach.
For those arriving by car, there are two options to reach the island of Pag:
From the North by ferry from Prizna to Zigljen (travel time approx. 15 minutes, then just a few minutes to Novalja). In high season, there may be longer waiting times here.
From the South via the bridge at Posedarje. This route is longer but can be faster in high season if the ferry is full.
The easiest route from Germany leads via Salzburg, Villach, Ljubljana, Rijeka, and then by ferry to Pag. Please note that toll fees apply on all routes.
Current costs (as of 2025, passenger car up to 3.5 t):
Austrian vignette: 10 days 11.50 € / 2 months 28.90 €
Tauerntunnel (A10): 14.50 € per trip
Karawankentunnel (A11): 8.20 € per trip
Slovenian digital vignette: 7 days 16.00 € / 1 month 32.00 €
Croatia highway (e.g., Rijeka – Prizna): approx. 8–10 €
Ferry Prizna – Zigljen: car 17.20 € / person 2.50 €
This brings the costs for traveling by car, depending on the route, to about 50–70 € per vehicle plus ferry costs.
For those who prefer a more relaxed journey, we also offer bus trips directly from many German cities. You can find all the information in our travel documents or directly at Zrce.de.
