A Mannschaftsfahrt (team or club trip) is a sports team's joint trip – usually at the end of the season, after a promotion or for team building, organised by a player or the club treasurer. Since the 2010s, Zrce Beach near Novalja on the island of Pag has become a popular destination for team trips from Germany, Austria and Switzerland: open-air clubs right on the beach (Kalypso, Papaya, Aquarius, Nomad, Symbol, Lift), a partyboat with private charters from 30 people, apartments and villas with pool, and coach departures from 22 cities. Typical duration: 3–4 nights, typical window: May to August. ZRCE.de has organised team trips since 2014 and offers six fixed packages for 2027, bookable from 6 people – from €185 per person (Father's Day weekend, 3 nights) to €394 (August, 4 nights), each including a luxury-category apartment with pool, a standard festival ticket, the all-inclusive partyboat tour and travel insolvency protection; one collective invoice to the club is possible.
